       61 Days or more prior to arrival: $75.00 handling fee

       31-61 Days prior to arrival: Loss of Deposit

       30 Days or less: Full amount unless we are able to rebook the space, then a $75.00 handling fee per unit will be charged.

Fees and Taxes:

       Cleaning Fee $125.00 (waived for stays of 7 days or more)

       Utah State Lodging Tax 12.6 %

LOCATION:
These two rental homes are located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. They have awesome views of the Salt Lake valley and the mountains. It is only 15 - 20 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton ski resorts; 35-40 minutes to Park City, The Canyons, and Deer Valley Resorts. Our homes are close to restaurants, shopping areas, movie theaters, Interstate freeway, and the airport. Both homes are in the same area (walking distance approx. 1/2 block). There isn't a more appropriate rental location to base your Utah vacation home.
